Project Management
Experience: Marketing and operations project management including waterfall, agile and blended approaches.
Systems: Wrike, Basecamp, ProWorkFlow and others.
MARKETING PROJECTS
- Identify gaps and roadblocks in current processes to improve cross-functional collaboration
- Create solutions for more efficient marketing team processes within brand marketing and across marketing functional areas
- Partner with sales leadership on marketing support at scale and 1:1 sales outreach to engage clients ranging from local market to regional multi-location
- Build out and optimize marketing campaign operations processes across functions.
- Roadmap planning for marketing activities to define strategy and communicate to sales partners.
OPERATIONAL PROJECTS
- Manage projects, solve problems and streamline processes for more efficient projects and clear communication across functional areas.
- Identify potential problems or roadblocks and manage risk for successful project completion.
- Assess operational errors and implement new processes to reduce future errors.
- Partner with sales leadership on marketing support at scale and 1:1 sales outreach to engage clients ranging from local market to regional multi-location.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Design strategic planning meetings including agenda development, facilitate brainstorming and planning activities, and documentation for operational plan development.
- Create system to manage projects and track progress towards operational goals.
- Lead strategic plan check-in meetings to monitor activities and progress towards goals.
