SALES COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT & ADOPTION

Collateral Development
  • Design PowerPoint slide masters, deck templates, master sales decks, plug and play slides, and image libraries
  • Develop solutions, product, and insights collateral, sales resource libraries, and other frequently used sales tools
  • Write email templates and curate content marketing resources by topic, situational challenge, and use cases to aid in 1:1 sales outreach
  • Create talking points, scripts, objection responses, and FAQs for sales initiatives around services, products, channels, and verticals


SALES ENABLEMENT COMMUNICATIONS

Internal Communications
  • Design, plan and build internal staff newsletters and comms to provide regular updates on marketing or business activities
  • Lead sales and demand team briefings on marketing roadmap, campaign rollouts and retros, and upcoming marketing projects and plans
  • Rollout new sales collateral, manage collateral libraries, and reinforce adoption through internal communication tools
  • Provide leadership communication updates on marketing roadmap, campaigns, and strategic initiatives


MARKETING & SALES TRAINING

Marketing Training
  • Sales training for new brand rollout activities, brand fluency workshops, and brand repositioning
  • Manage customer insights initiatives including brand perception study, customer feedback survey results, and qualitative interviews—then cascade insights across teams and into core positioning, message frameworks, and collateral
  • Peer and direct report training for onboarding, new MarTech systems, and marketing ops processes to support sales teams
